1 - With the aid of the mandrel  321 589 00 15 00, extract the upper and lower sleeves from the spindle carrier

Remove

2 - Place the sleeves under pressure on the spindle carrier with the corresponding mandrel
For VL3/4/5 (  321 589 00 15 00); VL3/5/6 (  383 589 01 63 00); VL3/6/7 - (  383 589 01 63 00)
 Observe the assembling position of the top bushing (except for VL3-4/5)
3 - Install the retainer on top housing (except VL3-4,5) with the lip facing downwards
 At the upper portion of the spindle carrier, the seal identified with the green color should be mounted to seal the kingpin zone whose diameter is larger
1 - Lower sleeve
2 - Upper sleeve .
3 - Retainer
A - Sleeve clearance .
