Remove

Drain oil from planetary hub reduction drive.



Remove cover (9) with gasket (8).

Remove retaining ring (7).

Remove shim (6) and thrust plate (5).

Remove sliding block (4).

Remove retaining ring (3) and spacer disk (2).

Remove sun gear (1).



Install

Install sun gear (1) and spacer washer (2).

 The collar of the sun gear (1) must point upward.

Install retaining ring (3).

Install sliding block (4).

Install thrust plate (5).

 Insert the thrust plate (5) in such a way that it locks the outer thrust plates of the planetary gears.

Install shim (6) and retaining ring (7).

Check and adjust axial play of sun gear (1).

 If necessary, remove the shim (6) again and install an appropriate shim (6).

Attach cover (9) with new seal (8).

 Bolt, end cover to bell hub

Pour oil into planetary hub reduction drive.
