Mount preassembled engine lifting device (01) on strut towers and longitudinal member.

 Vehicles with code (489) Airmatic (semi-active air suspension):

Do not damage the left front body lateral acceleration sensor (B24/3) and right front body lateral acceleration sensor (B24/4). Do not crush any lines and hoses in the area of the longitudinal member.

Adjust engine lifting device (01) and tighten bolted connection

 Observe manufacturer's assembly specifications and safety information.

Mount shackle (2) on the front motor suspension lugs

Pretension lifting device (3); to do so tighten the clamping screw (4)

Remove in the reverse order
