 	Remove/install
1	Tilt cab into repair position		AR60.80-G-0005B
2	Expose the subharness (7) of the brake pad wear display and ABS lines down to the separating points	 The separating points of the ABS lines are located on the right frame in the vicinity of the work hydraulics pump.
		 Installation: Replace cable tie.
3	Separate electrical connection of the brake pad wear display and of the ABS line	 Mark electrical connectors in relation to one another.
		 Installation: Note attached markings.
4	Detach compressed air line of service brake system on left and right ABS control valve (2) respectively	 Seal connections using suitable plugs.
5	Lower cab		AR60.80-G-0005B
6	Attach crane system to the front plate and lift vehicle slightly
7	Disconnect vent line and compressed air line for the differential lock at the separating point (8)	 Mark the attachment points of the vent line and compressed air line for the differential lock.
		 Installation: Note attached markings. Replace cable tie.
8	Detach propeller shaft from the front axle	 Fasten propeller shaft up out of the way.
		 Bolt, front axle propeller shaft to flange	*BA41.10-N-1003-01J
9	Detach both dampers (3) on front axle	 Nut/bolt, shock absorber to front axle	*BA32.25-N-1001-01E
10	Remove drag link on pitman arm		AR46.40-G-0100UG
11	Remove left and right stabilizer links (4) from the front axle	 Bolt, stabilizer bar to front axle	*BA33.10-N-1001-02D
12	Support front axle with jack under axle center piece
13	Remove left and right trailing arms (5)	 Turn front axle with jack. Take off left and right spacer rings and remove left and right pilot bushings.
		 Installation: Check pilot bushings on both sides of front axle and replace if worn.
		 Bolt, trailing arm to frame	*BA33.15-N-1006-01D
		 Bolt, trailing arm to front axle	*BA33.15-N-1001-01D
14	Secure front axle against tipping over with jack stands
15	Remove transverse control arm (6)	 Bolt, transverse control arm to front axle	*BA33.15-N-1002-01D
16	Lift vehicle with crane system and carefully roll it backwards
17	Set vehicle down on stands	 Use a protective strip between the frame and stands.
18	Install in the reverse order
19	Inspect compressed air lines for leaks
20	Check differential lock for proper operation	 For operation of the differential lock, see the operator's manual.
21	Correct front axle oil level, correct if necessary
