Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts

Remove metal strip (1) by removing metal strip mounting bolts and nuts from link rod.

Remove anti-roll bar (2) mounting bracket (3) bolts and nuts from link rod.

Remove anti-roll bar mounting nut split pin (4) on both sides.

Remove the anti-roll bar (2) mounting nut from the rear caster plate.

Remove the link rod (5) from link rod bracket.

Remove link rod bracket (6) from chassis frame.

Remove eye end bushes (8) and bearing bushes (7) from anti-roll bar.

Remove both the caster plates (left hand side and right hand side) (9) from the front axle beam.

Install in the reverse order.
