1 | Switch off the ignition. | ||
2 | Remove metal strip (15) by removing the anti-roll bar metal strip mounting bolts and nuts (14) from link rod. | ||
3 | Remove anti-roll bar (1) mounting bracket (2) bolts and nuts from link rod. | ||
4 | Remove front shock absorber bottom mounting nut (3). | ||
5 | Remove anti-roll bar mounting nut split pin (4). | Remove anti-roll bar mounting nut (5) from front axle suspension bracket. | |
6 | Remove the anti-roll bar link rod stabilizer (6) with washer (7) from anti-roll bar to caster plate. | ||
7 | Remove eye end bushes (8) and bearing bushes (9) from anti-roll bar. | ||
8 | Remove link rod (10) mounting nuts from suspension bracket. | ||
9 | Remove both front (left hand and right hand) U-bolts. | ||
10 | Remove both the caster plates (left hand side and right hand side) (11) from the front axle beam. | ||
| Install | ||
11 | Install both the caster plates (left hand side and right hand side) (11) to the front axle beam. | ||
12 | Install both the front (left hand and right hand) spring U-bolt. | ||
13 | Install link rod (10) top end to front spring bracket. | Link rod top end to the front spring bracket | |
14 | Fit link rod top end on the front spring bracket. | Use elastomer bearing / bush, hexagon torsion bar holder and hexagon nut for fitting. | |

15 | Install eye end bushes (8) to the anti-roll bar. | ||
16 | Connect anti-roll bar eye end (12) with washer (7) to caster plate (both left hand and right hand). | ||
17 | Install the link rod stabilizer (6) to install anti-roll bar to caster plate (11) and tighten the slotted nut. | Install the split pin (4) to lock slotted nut. | |

18 | Install bearing bush (split bush) (9) on anti-roll bar from both side. | Use bushing cap (13) to place anti-roll bar to link rod and tighten the mounting bracket bolts and nuts. | |

19 | Measure and adjust distance between two link rod as per the specified standards. | Ensure straightness of link rod. | |
