Remove underfloor panels

Unscrew nuts (1, 3) on the link rods (2, 9)

 Counterhold threaded studs of link rods (2, 9).

Position the vehicle on its wheels. Only tighten nuts of the clamps (5, 7) when the vehicle is unladen (approx. 75 kg weight on the driver seat and full tank or approx. 20 kg weight in the front passenger area).



Unhook stabilizer (4) from link rods (2, 9)

Unscrew nuts, remove clamps (5, 7) and remove the rubber mounts underneath (6, 8) from the stabilizer bar (4)

 The clamps (5, 7) are 2-piece. Check rubber mounts (6, 8); replace if necessary.

Installation: The rubber mounts (6, 8) must point in the direction of travel. Insert clamps (5, 7) at a right angle to the stabilizer bar (4). The nuts of clamps (5, 7) are tightened later.

Remove stabilizer (4)

 Remove stabilizer (4) carefully, otherwise the radiator may be damaged.

Install in the reverse order
