Removal and installation tool
When removing and installing the bearing sleeves, make sure that bearing sleeves of various diameters are used, according to the extraction and assembly tool:

Remove
1 | Join the threaded sleeve (2), the hollow cylinder (1), the threaded spindle and the adequate pulling and assembly tool to the bearing bushing. |
2 | Join the hydraulic hose with the hydraulic pump to the hollow cylinder (1) and pull the bearing bushing in the direction of the arrow. |

Install
3 | Place a new bearing bushing (4) and the pressure piece for pressing (6) on the taper sleeve (5). |
4 | Place the hollow cylinder (1) and the taper sleeve (5) on the stabilizer bar and screw with the threaded spindle (7) and the hex nut. |
Place the taper sleeve (5) with the bearing bushing (4) always on the inclined side of the stabilizer bar. |

5 | Join the hydraulic hose and the hydraulic pump with the hollow cylinder (1) and insert the bushing in the bearing. |
Check, through the cavity (arrow) in the tapered sleeve (5), whether the sleeve is fully installed. |

6 | After pressing the bearing bushing (4) stake it on each side 4 times in relation to the stabilizer's loop (arrows). |
