1 Check the side rail right angle for the transversal brackets with the square (1).
The cross member needs to be perpendicular for the two frames.

2 Place the welding bead in the corners formed by the side rail and the cross member and weld towards the surface (measuring points 1 to 10).

3 Mark the welding on the surface.
4 Drive the vehicle from the measuring location.
5 Measure the diagonal length between the measuring points, according to form "measurement of the chassis", with a measuring tape free of stretching.
6 Record the lengths obtained in the form "measurement of the chassis".
The comparison between the length of the diagonals in the individual measuring stages is the indication of the diagonal displacement.
