1 Coat the splines of the output shaft with anticorrosion agent.
2 Warm up flange to approx. 120°C and install
Do not heat flange above 140 °C.
Do not knock flange onto the output shaft.
Allow the flange to cool down at a distance from the shaft seal.

3 Screw in new nut (arrow) and tighten and secure after the flange has cooled down.
The shearing point must lie in the direction of "loosening".

4 Install propeller shaft and tighten bolts.
Use new self-locking nuts.
