1 Remove cap on vacuum unit.

2 Pull adjusting key out of the locking cap until it can be rotated.
One clockwise rotation results in a pressure increase of 0.4 bar
One counterclockwise rotation results in a pressure decrease of 0.4 bar
To facilitate the work, the adjustment of the modulating pressure can be checked at idle speed when the vehicle is stationary and the adjustment process repeated if necessary.

3 Adjustment process:
-Check and record modulating pressure at idle speed when the vehicle is stationary
-Check and record modulating pressure (at wide open throttle at 50 km/h)
-Compensate the calculated pressure difference when the vehicle is stationary (at idle speed).
-After the adjustment process, check the modulating pressure (at wide open throttle at 50 km/h) again and repeat the adjustment process if necessary.

4 After adjusting, press the cap onto the vacuum unit.
