 	Disassemble/assemble
	Before removing, mark all components according to their installed positions
2	Remove circlip (2)
3	Press off constant mesh spur gear (3) using a suitable tool	Do not damage the splines.  Use support plate (02)

4	Remove 2nd gear wheel (5) with radial bearing (6) and thrust bearing (4)
5	Remove thrust bearing (7) and thrust washer (8)
6	Disassemble/assemble multiplate clutch (K2)		AR27.51-P-0570-07GC
		 Installation: Measure and adjust clearance of multiplate clutch K2	AR27.51-P-0570-05GC
		Play in multiplate clutch K2.	*BE27.51-P-1003-01A
7	Remove circlip (18)
8	Press off multiplate clutch (K1) using a suitable tool	 Use support plate (02)	*168589106300

11	Remove 1st gear wheel (14) with radial bearing (15) and thrust bearing (16)
12	Remove reverse gear wheel (11) with radial bearing (12) and thrust bearing (13)
