N15/3 ETC [EGS] control unit
| Remove/Install | ||
1 | Remove key from electronic ignition switch control unit | ||
2 | Move passenger seat into rearmost position. | ||
3 | Remove floor mat and fold back floor covering (1) in passenger footwell | ||
4 | Remove impact absorber (2). | ||
5 | Unscrew nuts (3a) and take out step plate (3) | ||
6.1 | Carry out control unit adaptation using STAR DIAGNOSIS | When replacing the ETC [EGS] control unit (N15/3) | |
STAR DIAGNOSIS diagnosis system | |||
7 | Disconnect electrical connectors (4) on the ETC [EGS] control unit (N15/3) | ||
8 | Pull ETC [EGS] control unit (N15/3) out of the control unit bracket | ||
9 | Install in the reverse order | ||
10.1 | Read out fault memory and erase if necessary | When replacing the ETC [EGS] control unit (N15/3) | |
