Remove

Remove rear end cover

Pull out oil pump housing (3) and oil pump gears (1, 2) of the oil pump and remove shim (4)

Remove valve element (5 or 6)

 The valve element (5 or 6) is spring-loaded.



Install

Determine shim (4) for oil pump

Place determined shim (4) on oil pump housing (3)

Install oil pump housing (3) with shim (4)

 The roll pin (14) of the oil pump housing (3) must engage in the blind hole bore in the transmission housing.

Lubricate and Install and oil pump gears (1, 2)

 The markings (arrows B) on the oil pump gears (1, 2) must point toward the rear end cover.

Install valve element (5 or 6)

 Replace O-rings.

 Transmission with oil cooling system.
The roll pin (arrow A) of the valve element (5) must be in the "9 o'clock position".

Install rear end cover
