1 Clamp gearing of sun gear on main shaft (1) in
clamping device (2).
2 Attach holding devices (3, 4) to oil hole in main shaft (1).
3 Place 2nd/3rd gear shift fork (5) on appropriate sliding sleeve on main shaft (1).
Pay attention to the installation position of the pin (A) relative to the mount of the shift rail.
4 Place reverse/1st gear shift fork (6) on appropriate sliding sleeve on main shaft (1).
Pay attention to the installation position of the pin (B) relative to the mount of the shift rail.

5 Attach drift (7) with guide rail (8) to
holding device (4).
Pay attention to the installation position of the off-center bore (C) in the guide rail (8):
The wide side (double arrow) of the guide rail (8) next to the bore must point toward the pin (A) of the 2nd/3rd gear shift fork (5).
6 Hook 2nd/3rd gear shift fork (5) into guide rail (8).
7 Hook reverse/1st gear shift fork (6) into
guide rail (8).

8 Attach guide rail (9) to
drift (7), 2nd/3rd gear shift fork (5) and reverse/1st gear shift fork (6).
Pay attention to the installation position of the off-center bore (D) in the
guide rail (9):
The wide side (double arrow) of the
guide rail (9) next to the bore (D) must point toward the pin (A) of the 2nd/3rd gear shift fork (5).
9 Attach shift rail to 2nd/3rd gear shift fork (5).
10 Attach shift rail to reverse/1st gear shift fork (6).
11 Attach countershaft (12) to
holding device (4).
12 Install oil pipe (13) and secure to drift (7) using a cable tie (E).
The groove (F) on the oil pipe (13) must point upward.
13 Install main shaft (1), countershaft (12), shift unit and
oil pipe (13) in transmission housing center part using holding devices (3, 4).
14 Detach holding devices (3, 4) from main shaft (1), countershaft (12), shift unit and oil pipe (13).
