3 | Remove the constant gear (1) | ||
4 | Remove the 6th gear (2) | ||
5 | Remove the 4th/ 3rd speed gear (3) | ||
6 | Remove the retaining ring (6) | ||
7 | Remove the internal ring from the bearing (5) | Puller | |
| Assemble | ||

8 | Heat the bearing internal ring (5) up to 80° C and assemble it | ||
9 | Assemble the safety lock (6) | ||
10 | Heat the 4th /3rd speed gear (3) up to 180° C and assemble it | ||
11 | Heat the 6th speed gear (2) up to 180° C and assemble it | ||
12 | Heat the constant gear (1) up to 180° C and assemble it | ||
13 | Put the counter shaft (4) on the support | Mounting plate | |
14 | Assemble the gearbox |
