Remove the threaded pin (2) from the planet gear axle (1).

 Remove the threaded pin.

If necessary:



Drill the center of the threaded pin with a drill of Ø4 mm up to reach the planetary gear axle (1).

Remove the planet gear axle (1).

Remove the planet gear (3) with the needle rollers (4) and the thrust washer (5).

If you have made a hole in the center of the threaded pin with a drill of Ø4 mm:



Remove the waste of the threaded pin in the hole with a left threading tap M5, and re-pass the thread on the planetary carrier with a threading tap M6.

Remove the thrust washer (5) and (6) and the needle rollers (4) from the planet gear (3).

If applied, remove the lock ring (7) and the oil pipe (8).

 The lock ring (7) and the oil pipe (8) must not be installed anymore due to technical change.

 In the gearbox 715.358 the lock ring (7) and the oil pipe (8) are not assembled.

Install the needle rollers (4), 25 parts in each planet gear (3), using the assembling mandrel (9) of own manufacturing.

 The needle rollers (4) and the planet gears (3) can be changed together.

Place a thrust washer (6) in the needle rollers (4) and the thrust washer (5) in the planetary gear (3).

 Apply Vaseline in the thrust washers (5) e (6) and in the needle rollers (4) of the planet gear (3).

Install the planet gear (3) align the thrust washer (5) with the planet gear hole in the planet support.

Install the planetary gear axle (1)

 The indicated recess (A) must be facing the threaded pin.

 The oil hole (B) must be facing outwards.

 Align the indicated recess (A) of the threaded pin with the drilling indicated in the planet support (arrow).

 The mandrel (9) will be compressed outside in the installation of the planet gear axle (1).

Install the threaded pin (2) and repress at the specified points (arrows).

 Use a proper punch to repress.
