Remove

Remove power output bearing housing (1).

Remove circlip (3).

Press out shaft (2) using a suitable drift from the power output bearing housing (1).

Remove radial shaft sealing rings (4, 5) from power output bearing housing (1).



Install

5

Install radial shaft sealing ring (4) using a suitable drift to the specified installation depth (A) into power output bearing housing (1).

Insertion depth of inner radial shaft sealing ring in bearing housing

Install radial shaft sealing ring (5) flush into the power output bearing housing (1).

Fill space behind radial shaft sealing rings (4, 5) with grease.

Long-life grease

Press shaft (2) into power output bearing housing (1) using a suitable drift.

Install retaining ring (3).

Install power output bearing housing (1).
