	Remove
1	Remove the gearbox front housing		AR26.40-B-2470B
2	Remove the reverse gear wheel (16)	 First remove the reverse gear wheel shaft (18), then the gear (16) together with the needle bearings (17).
3	Remove the center selector (3)
4	Remove the bolts (5) attaching the blocking plate (6)
5	Fasten the selector shafts (1, 2, 4) on the support	 Support	*710589026300
6	Position the gear assembly on the support plate		AR26.40-B-2475-05A

7	Loosen the safety nut (8) and remove the output flange (9)	 Immobilization wrench	*717589003100
8	Remove the gearbox rear housing (7)
9	Remove the blocking plate (6)
10	Remove the selector shafts (1, 2, 4) together with the selection forks and the support
11	Remove the radial seal (10)
	Installing
12	Position the selector shafts (1, 2, 4) together with the selection forks	The assembly will have to be carried out with the gear assembly on the support. The selectors are to be assembled with the help of the special support.

13	Install the blocking plate (6) on the selector shafts	 Check if the selector shafts are in neutral position, i.e., if they are not shifted in any gear. Fit the selector shafts in the blocking plate (6) orifices.
14	Slide the gearbox rear housing (7) over the assembly of the countershaft and the main shaft
15	Install a new radial seal (10)	 Apply grease on the sealing lip.

16	Install the output flange (9) with the safety nut (8)	Installing: Install a new safety nut (8) on the output flange (9).

17	Fasten the entire assembly on the support	Make that the shafts and the selector shafts stay perpendicular to the gearbox rear housing (7).

18	Remove the special support from the selector shafts and position the center selector shaft (3)
19	Tighten the bolts (5) of the blocking plate (6)	 Do not tighten the bolts (5) beyond the specified value, as this may compromise the free movement of the selector shafts.

20	Install the reverse gear wheel (16)	Screw-on the bolt (14) manually with a new washer (13) and insert the plug (15) also manually.
