1 Install shift rod (1) using shop-made
assembly tool (8), and hook shift fork (7) into shift rod (1).
Insert a screwdriver (9) through the bore for the bearing pin (2) on the right-hand side of the front section of the transmission housing and attach the shift fork (7) to the shift rod (1).
2 Apply quick-action adhesive to the bearing pin (2) and then install bearing pin (2).
3 Apply sealant to screw plug (3), and then install screw plug (3) together with springs (4, 5) and catch bolt (6).
