| Remove | ||
1 | Shift transmission to neutral position | ||
2 | Release and disconnect electrical connectors of transmission control unit at transmission positioner (7) | ||
3 | Detach compressed air lines from transmission positioner (7) | ||
4 | Pull out transmission positioner (7) up to end stop, pull vertically upward and take off | ||
5 | Remove seal (1) | ||
| Install | ||
6 | Pull gate cylinder piston rod (4) completely and move gear cylinder piston rod (5) to neutral position | ||
7 | Attach transmission positioner (7) with new seal (1) | The plunger (6) must be pushed in up to the end stop. | |
Bolt, transmission positioner to transmission | |||
8 | Attach compressed air lines to transmission positioner (7) | ||
9 | Connect electrical connectors of transmission control unit at transmission positioner (7) | ||
10 | Fill compressed air system using external air source | ||
11 | Connect diagnostic system | Only if the transmission positioner (7) has been replaced. | |
