Remove

Unclip electrical subharness from range group cylinder (1).

Detach compressed-air lines from range group cylinder (1).

Switch shift piston (5) of range group into "Low-speed" position.

To do this, apply compressed air to compressed air connection (44).

Remove range group cylinder (1).

Remove O-rings (2, 3, and 6).

Remove sealing ring (4) from shift piston (5).

Install

Coat cavity between both sealing lips of new sealing ring (4) with lubricant.

Install new sealing ring (4) at shift piston (5).

Coat new O-ring (6) with lubricant and insert into transmission.

Coat new O-rings (2, 3) with lubricant and install on range group cylinder (1).

Slide on O-ring (2) until it abuts.

Install range group cylinder (1).

Attach compressed-air lines to range group cylinder (1).

Clip in electrical subharness at range group cylinder (1).
