Remove/install

Remove engine with transmission.

 Select procedure according to design and accessibility.
See information from body manufacturer.

Disconnect transmission electrical connector (X29) from holder (5).

Disconnect transmission oil lines from transmission and seal using suitable stop plugs.

Only for vehicles with transmission oil cooling.

Remove transmission oil lines from holders on transmission and engine.

Only for vehicles with transmission oil cooling.

Pull tappet out of coupling release lever (3).

 Installation: Grease tappet head.

Attach load tilter to transmission.



 Hook load tilter into both front lifting eyes (1) and into rear lifting eyes (2) on transmission.

Remove transmission from engine.

 Installation: The release lever (3) must engage in the release bearing.

Install in the reverse order
