Remove screws (3) and clutch (2) with disc (1)

Release screws (3) in a cross sequence, in steps, to avoid a side overcharge on the clutch (2).

Check all clutch components for wear and damage

Clean clutch disc grooving (1) and the primary shaft grooving in the gearbox

The nickel clutch disc hub surface (1) must not be greased to prevent clutch disc (1) from being stuck.

Clean hydraulic clutch device (4)

Install

Insert centering mandrel (6) in the flywheel

Alignment punch

Centralize clutch disc (1) through centering mandrel (6) into the flywheel

Installation: observe correct clutch disc (1) mounting position into flywheel.

Install clutch (2)

10

Tighten screws (3) in a cross sequence, in steps

When tightening screws (3), verify if centering mandrel (6) slides easily.
