| Removing, installing | ||
1 | Remove trim panel of cylinder head cover | ||
2 | Remove air intake pipe (1) on right | ||
3 | Unscrew bolts (2) at fan shroud (3) | ||
4 | Unplug electric coupling (4) at fan shroud (3) | ||
5 | Remove rubber lip (5) | ||
6 | Remove securing clips (6) | ||
7 | Run coolant line (7) out of guide of fan shroud (3) and place to the side | ||
8 | Remove bottom section of sound-proofing capsule | ||
9 | Unscrew securing clamps (8) of coolant line (9) at fan shroud (3) | ||
10 | Unscrew securing clamp (10) of transmission oil line (11) at fan shroud (3) | ||
11 | Pull fan shroud (3) up and out of guides of radiator | Installation: Ensure that the fan shroud (3) with the retaining lugs (12) is correctly located in the guides of the radiator. | |
12 | Install in the reverse order |
