4 | Take off fan shroud (8), place over fan | Installing: insert retaining lugs of fan shroud into the mounts on the radiator. Align fan shroud to fan. | |
5 | Insert counterholder (5) at coolant pump belt pulley | | |
6 | Remove central bolt (4) of fan clutch | | |

7 | Unbolt fan (1) from viscous fan clutch (2) | Installing: installation position of fan is marked by the lug on the fan (1) and by the marking "VORNE FRONT" (in direction of travel at fan ring). | |
