1 | Open the front cover | ||
Danger! | Risk of injury by pinching and crushing when tilting the cab | During the cab tilting and returning, do not get under the tilting area and take the preventive measures to stop the access of non authorized people. Always tilt the cab to its final position and secure it with the safety device. | |
2 | Tilt the cab | Installing: Tilt the cab after checking if there are leaks. | |

3 | Let the coolant drain | Drain part of the coolant | |
4 | Separate the electric cable (2) on the level contact of the cooling mean and release the access | ||
5 | Remove the coolant hoses (3), (4), (6) and (7) on the compensation reservoir (5) | ||
6 | Remove the coolant hoses (1) and (6) on the coolant pipe (8) | ||
7 | Remove the clamps on the coolant pipe (8), disengage it and remove it | ||
8 | Remove the nuts on the compensation reservoir (5) and remove the screws | ||
9 | Disengage the fastening tab (arrow) from the compensation reservoir (5) and remove it | ||
10 | Install in reverse order. |
