Disconnect ground lead from battery

Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Remove lock crossmember (1)

Remove bolts (3) on refrigerant lines mounting clamps on condenser (9)

Remove condenser (9)

Bind up condenser (9) to the side; do not damage refrigerant line hose on condenser (9).

Remove coolant hoses on cooler (8)

Two coolant hoses above and one

coolant hose below.

Unscrew bolt (4) on fluid reservoir (5)

Remove clamp (6) from fluid reservoir (5) on bracket

Remove A/T oil cooler (7) at cooler (8)

Remove A/T oil cooler (7) to the side.

Disconnect connectors (10) on the cooler radiator shroud (8)

Remove radiator (8)

Do not damage radiator fins (8).

Installation: Ensure correct routing of the overflow hose from the cooler expansion reservoir (8).

Install in the reverse order
