1 Clean the housing hole of the cassette-type seal (1).


Apply waterproofing agent the whole cassette-type seal (1).

2 With the aid of a 40 mm sleeve, press a new cassette-type seal (1) into the housing hole in the coolant pump body.

3 Clamp the counter-ring (2) in the pump shaft so that the ground surface is directed towards the slide ring (4).

4 Heat the impeller (3), approx. 100 °C.

5 Press on impeller (3).

6 Check distance measurement "a".
