1 Attach universal adapter (1) to coolant expansion reservoir.
Shutoff lever (2) and shutoff lever (3) at the filling device (4) must be closed.
2 Connect universal adapter (1) to the filing device (4).
3 Connect Venturi nozzle (5) to the filing device (4).
4 Connect compressed air hose (6) to the Venturi nozzle (5).
5 Open the shutoff lever (3) until the pointer at the filling device (4) is located in the green area (-0.85 to -0.9 bar). After a further 2 minutes, evacuate once more.
6 Carefully open the shutoff lever (2) until the hose (7) at the filling device (4) is filled with coolant.
7 Close shutoff lever (2) and shutoff lever (3), then disconnect the Venturi nozzle (5).
8 Allow the cooling system to rest for 1 minute.
Vacuum should not drop in this time period. Reduced vacuum points to a leak in cooling system.
9 Open shutoff lever (2) and fill the cooling system up to the top marking at the coolant expansion reservoir.
10 Close the shutoff lever (2).
11 Open the shutoff lever (3) and create pressure compensation in the cooling system..
12 Disconnect the universal adapter (1) at the coolant expansion reservoir and filling device (4).
