Support the gauge bracket (1) with the gauge (2) on the oil pump housing (3).

Place the pre-loaded gauge feeler (2) over a gear axle.

Push the gear axle, axially, aside and adjust the dial gauge scale at “0”.

Push the gear axle to the opposite side and read the value shown in the dial gauge.
5
Measure the other gear..
