Disconnect ground line from battery

 Insulate ground line clamp as a protection against unintentional contact of dismounted ground line with ground point of battery.

Pull front engine cover (7) up and out of the mounts.

Remove the right intake air duct (8)

Remove poly-V-belt

Remove fan unit

Remove cap (1) and dismount electrical line (3) from alternator (G2), for this step, unscrew nut (2)



Disconnect connector for electrical line (4) from alternator (G2)

Unscrew lower bolts (5) of alternator (G2)



 Installation: Models 211.087 /092 /287 /292:  use plug-in joint adapter.



Unscrew the upper bolts (6) for alternator (G2)



Take alternator (G2) down and out

 Model 211.087 /092 /287 /292: Rotate the alternator in the engine compartment and remove it from above with the regulator cover plate.

Install in the reverse order
