1 | Release and disconnect electrical connections (1). |
2 | Detach electrical lines (2) from engine compartment prefuse box. . |
3 | Unhook line bracket (3) and lay to one side on engine with the electrical lines (2). |

4 | Release and disconnect electrical connection (4) for vacuum pump. |
5 | Release and disconnect electrical connection on A/C compressor (5). |
6 | Unclip electrical lines and set aside. |

7 | Connect in reverse order. |

8 | Release and disconnect electrical connection (6). |
9 | Unlock and detach electrical connection (7) at CDI control unit. |
10 | Remove screw/bolt (8) from cable duct . |
11 | Unclip electrical lines and set aside to the rear. |
12 | Release and disconnect electrical connection (9) on differential pressure sensor. |

13 | Unlock electrical connections (10) for temperature sensors. |
14 | Release and detach electrical connection (11) at CDI control unit. |
15 | Release and disconnect electrical connection (12) for oxygen sensor upstream of catalytic converter. |
16 | Unclip electrical lines. |
17 | Release and disconnect electrical connection (13) on camshaft Hall sensor. |
18 | Unlock and detach electrical connections (14) in the injectors. |
19 | Release and disconnect electrical connection (15) on exhaust pressure sensor. |
20 | Release and disconnect electrical connection (16) on pressure regulating valve. |
21 | Release and disconnect electrical connection (17) on intake port shutoff actuator motor. |
22 | Release and detach electrical connection (18) from condensation sensor for fuel filter with heating element. |
23 | Unlock and unplug electrical connection (19) on fuel pressure sensor. |
24 | Unlock and unplug electrical connection (20) on high pressure fuel pressure sensor. |
25 | Remove screw/bolt (21) . |
26 | Unclip cover (22) and remove. |

27 | Release and disconnect electrical connection for glow plugs (23). |
28 | Release and disconnect electrical connection (24) at coolant thermostat heating element. |
29 | Release and disconnect electrical connection (25) on coolant temperature sensor. |
30 | Release and disconnect electrical connection for temperature sensor upstream of ATL (26). |
31 | Unclip electrical lines. |

32 | Release and disconnect electrical connection (27) at vent line heater element. |
33 | Release and disconnect electrical connection (28) on hot film MAF sensor. |
34 | Release and disconnect electrical connection (29) on low-pressure turbocharger boost pressure sensor. |
35 | Release and disconnect electrical connection (30) on pressure sensor downstream of air filter. |
36 | Unclip electrical lines. |

38 | Release and disconnect electrical connection (32) on glow output stage. |
39 | Remove screw/bolt (33) for ground line from cylinder head. |
40 | Unclip electrical lines. |
41 | Unclip cable duct (34) and set aside. |
