Danger!

Risk of burn injuries and scalding when working at AdBlue lines and the components attached to them. Risk of injury to skin and eyes when handling AdBlue. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing AdBlue

Pour AdBlue into suitable containers only. Wait until the pressure is released before starting any work on the exhaust aftertreatment system.

Open insulating tubing (2) in area of line fittings (3, 6) to a length of approx. 10 cm and push back

Installation: Replace removed cable tie and insulation tape.

Clamp off AdBlue feed and return lines (4, 5)

Remove filter cup (9) with filter insert (8) on pressure filter housing (7)

Installation: Clean pressure filter housing (7) and replace filter cup (9) with filter insert (8).

Thinly coat O-rings on filter elements (8) and filter cup (9) with grease before installing.

Always use the prescribed grease as lubricant. Also ensure that antifriction agent is used very sparingly otherwise this can lead to damage to the exhaust aftertreatment system.

Install in the reverse order

Check filter cup (9) for leaks
