1 Disconnect electrical connectors (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) and expose electrical wiring harness.
2 Remove injection line (6) on AdBlue SCR metering valve (Y109).
Seal openings with suitable stop plug.
Installation: Observe tightening torque.

3 Detach coolant lines (7, 8) at SCR feed line tank heater solenoid valve.Y107
4 Remove AdBlue line (10) on AdBlue SCR metering valve (Y109).
Seal openings with suitable stop plug.
5 Remove air line (9) on AdBlue SCR metering valve (Y109).
Seal openings with suitable stop plug.
Installation: Observe tightening torque.
6 Remove bracket (12) with AdBlue SCR metering valve (Y109) and SCR feed line tank heater solenoid valve (Y107) from charge air manifold (11).
7 Install in the reverse order.
