| Detach the electrical connection (2) from the temperature sensor before the reductive catalyst (1)
| Remove/install temperature sensor upstream of SCR catalytic converter

| Only remove the temperature sensor right before replacing the catalyst.

| Detach the electrical connection (3) from the temperature sensor after the reductive catalyst (1)
| Remove/install temperature sensor downstream SCR catalytic converter

| Detach the NOx sensor connection from the reductive catalyst (1)
| Remove/install NOx sensor with controller unit

| Loosen the clamp (5) of the exhaust pipe (4)
|
|
|

| Support the lifting device (9) beneath the reductive catalyst (1)
| Use an appropriate lifting device (9).

| Detach the fastening nuts (7) from the reductive catalyst bearing (1) on the support (8) on both sides

| Carefully lower the reductive catalyst (1) with the lifting device (9) and remove it
| Secure the catalyst from falling by using a lashing strap (10)
|

| Install in reverse order
