2 Corrugated tube

3 Stud bolt

4 Gasket

5 Exhaust manifold

6 Copper hexagonal nut

7 Copper hexagonal nut

8 Exhaust system

9 Bolt

 	Remove/install
1.1	Detach clamps (1) and remove corrugated tube (2)	Only for an engine with AGR
2	Disconnect exhaust system (8) on exhaust manifold (5) at the flange	 Installation: Replace bolts (9)

3	Loosen and unbolt copper hexagonal nuts (6) evenly	 Installation: Replace copper hexagonal nuts (6). The tightening sequence is from the exhaust manifold middle to the front and rear
			*BA14.10-N-1001-01A
4	Remove exhaust manifold (5) and seal (4)	 Installation: Replace seal (4).
5	Check stud bolts (3); replace if necessary		*BA14.10-N-1002-01A
6	Install in the reverse order
