Removing
1 Use a suitable tool to lever bearing flange (7) out of timing case.
Turn back and forward to avoid tilting bearing flange.
2 Take bearing flange off bearing journal of compressor crankshaft.
Inspecting
3 Clean all parts and inspect for wear, replace if necessary.
4 Use drift to knock bearing bush out of bearing flange.
5 Use drift to knock bearing bush into the bearing flange.

Installing
6 Insert new O-ring (3) into the groove at the bearing flange (4).
7 Oil contact surface of bush and fit surface of bearing flange.
8 Fit on bearing flange (4) and draw into the compressor housing with suitable bolts. After this, unscrew bolts again.
Oil drillings (arrows) in the housing and in the bearing flange must be aligned.
