Disassemble cylinder head:
1 Clamp cylinder head (1) in a vise and unscrew bolt attaching valve plate (7).
Use protective jaws at vise in order to avoid damaging the cylinder head.
2 Separate cylinder head (1) from the valve intermediate
plate (7).
3 Take off gasket (2)
4 Unscrew bolts attaching pressure disk (9) and take off from the valve plate (7) together with spring plate (4), pressure disk (5), spacer sleeve (3) and spacer (6).
Pay attention to installation position of spacer sleeve (3) and spacer (6).
5 Unclamp valve intermediate plate (7) and take off suction disk (8).
6 Clean all parts and inspect for wear, replace if necessary.
Assemble cylinder head:
7 Clamp valve intermediate plate (7) in the vise with the dowel pins facing down and fit on spacer (6).
8 Fit on pressure disk (5) and spring plate (4).
9 Fit on spacer sleeve (3) opposite the spacer (6), screw in securing bolt and tighten fully .
10 Fit new gasket (2) onto the valve intermediate plate (7).
11 Fit on cylinder head (1), screw in bolt and tighten fully .
12 Unclamp cylinder head (1) and insert suction disk into the dowel pins on the valve plate (7).
