Remove both sliding slats (1) at valve plate (2).

 Assembly: Insert sliding slats (1) at pins (3) and fix in place with engine oil at valve plate (2).

Remove fittings (5, 6, 7, 8) and screw plugs (9, 10, 11)       .

Only in case of leaks at fittings (5, 6, 7, 8) and/or at screw plugs (9, 10, 11).

 Assembly: Install new sealing rings.

Unscrew screws (12) and remove cylinder head cover (4) from valve plate (2).

 Assembly: Replace bolts (12).
Slightly tighten screws (12) by hand.

Check cylinder head cover (4), valve plate (2) and gasket (13) for damage.

If damage is identifiable,



replace cylinder head cover (4), valve plate (2) and/or gasket (13).

Clean sealing surfaces and replace seals (14, 15).

Check both pressure valve lamellae (16) for damage.

If damage is identifiable,



replace pressure valve lamellae (16).

Assemble in the reverse order.
