Remove poly V-belt (1)

Unscrew collar nut (2) and lift off tensioning pulley (3)


 Tensioning pulley (3) cannot be taken off until poly V-belt tensioning device is first removed

Remove shock absorber of poly V-belt tensioning device (5)

 Use a suitable tool, e.g. hexagon wrench (6) which has been ground to shape, to counter-hold bolt (7) from behind


