Remove/install poly-V belt tensioning device

5 Tensioning device

 	Remove/install
1	Remove poly-V belt (1)	 Allow locking pin (2) to be inserted. Only loosen poly-V belt (1) from clamping device (5) and power steering pump (3).	AR13.22-S-1202B
2	Unscrew lower bolt (4) on the clamping device (5) to the timing case cover from below		*BA13.25-P-1001-01G

3	Remove front end cross member	 Do not remove cable for engine hood from lock crossmember.	AR88.00-S-2302A
4	Remove front grille		AR88.00-S-2115A
5	Remove air inlet
6	Unscrew bolts on power steering pump (3)	 Secure power steering pump (3) against falling down. Do not manage power steering fluid lines.

7	Unscrew upper bolt (4) on the clamping device (5) to the timing case cover from below		*BA13.25-P-1001-01G

8	Remove tensioning device (5) upwards.
9	Install in the reverse order
