Remove

Loosen poly V-belt (1.1) or (1.2) and take off

 Swivel tensioning pulley (2) in clockwise direction with assembly lever (3) for this step

 Do not allow poly V-belt to come into contact with products containing oil

Check

Inspect belt pulley sections and tensioning device for damage and dirt

 Replace any damaged components

Inspect poly V-belt (1.1) or (1.2)



Check poly-V-belt in visible area for wear

Use wrench (3) to fit on poly V-belt (1.1) or (1.2) according to running diagram
