Removing

Remove bottom section of soundproofing

 Remove only bottom section of soundproofing at the front.

Slacken poly V-belt (1.1) or (1.2) and take off

 Swivel tensioning pulley (2) in clockwise direction with assembly lever (3) for this step

Do not allow poly V-belts (1.1) or (1.2) to come into contact with products containing oil



Checking

Inspect belt pulley sections and tensioning device for damage and dirt

Replace any damaged components.

Inspect poly V-belt (1.1) or (1.2)

Damage patterns of poly V-belts, if necessary after inspecting 

Use assembly lever (3) to fit on poly V-belt (1.1) or (1.2) according to running diagram
