Slacken

Swivel and hold tensioner pulley (1) with a breaker bar (2) and socket wrench socket upward against the spring force.

Remove poly-V-belt (3).

Swivel back tensioner pulley (1).



Tensioning

Fit poly-V-belt (3) on the belt pulleys.

Swivel and hold tensioner pulley (1) upward against the spring force.

If the tensioner pulley (1) is held, position the poly-V-belt (3), swivel the tensioner pulley (1) downward, and, in doing so, tension the poly-V-belt (3).
