Remove/install

Remove V-belt of fan drive

Turn back tensioning device (1) and fix

Use 1/2 inch toggle and place into square (arrow). In case of overlapping of bore (2) and eyelet (3), fix tensioning device (1) by inserting a suitable pin.

Remove poly V-belt (4).

Do not bend poly-V-belt (4), in order to avoid damage.

Inspect

Check poly-V-belt (4) for condition and damage, replace if necessary.
