1 | Raise vehicle with lifting platform | ||
2 | Remove expansion clips (2) and remove cover (3) | ||
3 | Place assembly tool (4) in front of poly-V belt (1) to crankshaft belt pulley (5) (picture A) | | |
4 | Hold assembly tool (4) in position and turn engine in the direction of the arrow at the center bolt (6) for the crankshaft belt pulley (5) until the poly-V belt (1) can be taken off (picture A) | | |
5 | Remove assembly tool (4) from crankshaft belt pulley (5) | | |
6 | Remove poly-V belt (1) from refrigerant compressor belt pulley (A9), check for damage and replace if necessary | ||
| Install | ||
7 | Lay poly-V belt (1) on refrigerant compressor belt pulley (A9) | ||
8 | Position poly-V belt (1) on crankshaft belt pulley (5) and clamp tight using the assembly tool (4) on the crankshaft belt pulley (5) (picture B) | | |
9 | Hold assembly tool (4) in position and turn engine in the direction of the arrow at the center bolt (6) of the crankshaft belt pulley (5) until the poly-V belt (1) is lying correctly on the crankshaft belt pulley (5) (picture B) | | |
10 | Remove assembly tool (4) from crankshaft belt pulley (5) | | |
11 | Lower vehicle with lifting platform | ||

12 | Perform engine test run and check tension as well as correct seating of the poly-V belt (1) | ||
13 | Raise vehicle with lifting platform | ||
14 | Position cover (3) and install expansion clip (2) | ||
15 | Lower vehicle with lifting platform |
