Loosen poly-V belt (10)

To do this swivel tensioning arm (2) with tensioner pulley (3) on stud bolt (4, outer Torx E10) anticlockwise

Do nor swivel tensioning arm (2) on tensioning rolls fastening nut.

Remove poly-V belt (10)

Checking

Inspect belt pulley sections and tensioning device for damage and dirt

Check poly-V belt (10)

Check visible area of poly-V belt for wear

Install

Fit on poly-V belt (10), then clamp

Do not use belt wax or any similar products.

Begin in numerical order of the relevant running diagram with the tensioner pulley
