Remove radiator (1) with charge air cooler (2)

Remove bolt (3)

Push back clamps (4) over the whole circumference and pull the charge air cooler (2) carefully out of the radiator (1)

When pulling out the charge air cooler (2) ensure that the mounts (5) on the radiator (1) do not break off.

Remove charge air cooler (2) from radiator (1)

Press the charge air cooler (2) to the side until the plates on the charge air cooler (2) no longer sit in the radiator (1) mounts (5).

Installation: The bracket (6) must be changed when replacing the charge air cooler (2).

Install in the reverse order
