1 Charge air pipe (from turbocharger to charge air cooler)
2 Charge air hose (red)

1 | Open engine hood and raise to vertical position | Installation: Close engine hood only after performing leak test. | |
2 | Detach charge air hose (2) from charge air pipe (1) | | |
3 | Remove holder (4) for compressor air intake line from charge air pipe (1) | ||
4 | Remove clamp (5) | ||
5 | Remove charge air pipe (1) from bracket (3) | ||
6 | Remove charge air pipe (1) | Close opening at turbocharger. | |
7 | Remove O-ring on charge air pipe (1) | ||
8 | Install in the reverse order | ||

9 | Start engine and check charge air pipe (1) for leakage for a running engine; stop engine | Visual inspection. |
